Conditions

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ALL MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES COVERS THE SPARE PARTS OF THE AIR CONDITIONERS AND IT DOES NOT COVER THE INSTALLATION OF THE SPECIFIC PARTS. INSTALLATION THEREOF WILL BE FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THE CLIENT.

Installations to be carried out by a qualified approved air-conditioner Installer.

Services to be carried out by TECHNICOOL (PTY) LTD only. (Separate Service charges applies and are not included in the initial purchasing and/or installation price)

Air Conditioners to be serviced twice annually (interval of 6 months) from date of installation/purchase for the whole warranty period in order to retain the warranty and to be able to make any warranty claims on the Air Conditioning Unit.

Approved electrical connections to air conditioning units.

Customers are responsible to schedule services on due period.
