What are your delivery lead times?

Where are you based, and which areas do you serve?

We are situated in Scientia in Pretoria and we service a radius of 50km. If you are unsure or have a larger project that falls out of our service radius, please make contact with us so that we can advise.

What are your shipping prices?

We offer different shipping options on different items on our website. On LG, Samsung, Alliance Residential and small commercial air conditioners we offer FREE Nationwide delivery. On all the other products we offer collection only, alternatively we can request a quotation from a courier company for the delivery cost. You are welcome to make contact with us in this regard.

How can I request a quote?

Do you provide inspections before installation?

It depends on the specific application and requirements. For residential air conditioners it is usually not necessary to do a site visit in advance. We do have a few simple questions that we will ask you over email and if you can answer that for us we should be able to provide an accurate quotation. In more complicated situations we do offer free site inspections.

How long does installation take?

We recommend servicing your unit at least once a year for residential use, and more frequently for commercial or high-usage environments. Regular servicing ensures efficiency, extends lifespan, and helps prevent costly breakdowns.

What are signs that my aircon needs repairs?

How much does a typical air conditioning installation cost?

Do your products and services come with a warranty?

Yes they all come with a warranty. Kindly refer to the warranty page on our website.

Are there financing options available?
