SR Technicool Return & Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by SR Technicool is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SR Technicool will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract:
- A courier cost (if applicable)
- An administration fee
- 15% handling fee
Faulty Products
A refund or exchange will be arranged in the case of a faulty product at no charge, provided that:
- The product is undamaged and unused
- It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals intact (if applicable)
- It is not missing any accessories or parts
- A return request is logged via our website Contact Page or by email within 7 days of delivery
- For aircon and heat pump units, the product has not been installed. Once installed, the standard warranty and service procedures will apply.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 30 days. Please note that refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
SR Technicool reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, not in resaleable condition, or missing accessories.
Unwanted Products
Unwanted products may be returned provided that:
- The product is undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers still attached;
- It is not missing any accessories or parts;
- A return request is logged via our website Contact Page or by email within 7 days of delivery;
- Aircon and heat pump products that have been installed are not eligible for return, and the standard warranty and service procedures will apply.
For unwanted products, the following charges will apply:
- Collection/return courier costs (as per courier rates)
- 15% handling fee
Returns After 7 Days or Opened Packaging
Any return or exchange that exceeds the 7-day return policy or where the packaging has been opened will incur the following costs:
- Courier costs (unless the client delivers the unit directly to SR Technicool’s premises)
- 15% handling fee
SR Technicool reserves the right to inspect and validate the returned product. We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is damaged, not in resaleable condition, or missing accessories.
Refund Method
All refunds will only be made using the original payment method. For example, if a credit card was used, the refund will be processed to the same credit card.
